At True Nutrition, we want you to feel as good as you look in our performance apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Shipment
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
